I work as a account manager and struggle with P & L any advise or help with learning this?

I really want to understand more about account management, P%26amp;L, Promotional mechanics and Calculating margin. i am starting out on my account management career... So any advice or answers to my question would be appreciated and very helpful|||unless you have an accountancy qualification or at least a bit of an idea on what you are doing i don't think you are going to get much work!|||How did you get that job?|||take accounting|||there are courses you can take
