Can any recommend a standard bank account that i can apply for as i am on a debt management programme?

i am on a debt management programme,they reccomended think banking but i found these rubbish as you can never get through on their phone lines..... please help!|||You should be able to select your own bank. I would use one that is close to where I live. Close by will make it easy for you to get to the bank to do any of your banking business. I also like local banks as opposed to the national banks. When I can I like calling the bank here and not in some far off city. I should point out that more often than not you can find the smaller banks in a small town as opposed to in the city.
