Says that my rift account is inactive when I activated my retail game?

So I bought the retail version of this game and activated the free month of game play. When i go to my account management it says my account is inactive while it says i have the 30 days. Now i am aware that the 30 days start when u actually login to the game so i started rift up and logged in. Then when the loading screen came it said you are not authorized to play this game or something like that. I really want to play and I want to know how to fix this... please help!!|||Well d-d-d-d-dats you's fault fou. Next time activateafy yous drunken games prouperly. FOU!
