When is it going to be up . Its been down for a day now..|||Sometimes if you are new, then it takes a few weeks to cycle through, other than that I would say contact SONY and have them resend the Account Management link again, or because you have been hacked by some retard... If someone blocked you, then your Account Management will be down for about a week!|||do it from your ps3 , go to the playstation store , click on view cart and the option to add funds will be there
you can then add from a credit card or psn card
