RUNESCAPE: I changed my rs account password but i can only still log in using my previous one?

Its been like 5-10 minutes now and when i try to log into the game or account management, i can only do so with my previous one but when i try changing my password it recognises my new password as the current password. is this supposed to be normal?|||Make sure you are entering the correct information into the fields when changing your password. You might accidentally be putting your current password into the new password box.
