What if ur xbox account is corrupted and i forgot my email and password?

I cannot look at my account management because my account is corrupted because i took out my save device into another one and later i took mine out and put it into my xbox now it says my account is corrupted and i forgot my password and email to do it|||Call Xbox support at 1-800-4-My-Xbox and see if they can help you recover it. It's why you're supposed to remember such things.|||probably nothing you can do about it then. how can you not know your email and password
