has anyone ever worked with ARM (Account Receivable Management ). I am trying to work with them but they are not very helpful. What legally can they do. |||i've never heard of them, but if they aren't providing good customer service, then there's always a competing firm that will.|||They're just another pissant collection agency that buys up old debts for pennies on the dollar and then attempts to collect on the full amount.
Check out some of the credit forums like CreditBoards.com and DebtorBoards.com, as they probably have similar stories and ways of dealing with them.
