Accessing the XBox 360 Account Management screen offline?

There's an issue with our XBox Live account that won't let us get into our Account Management screen. We think the credit card expired, and the only way to check on that as far as we can tell is through Account Management.





Is there any way to view/update our information through the internet, or through the XBox offline?|||1. go to xbox.com


2. sign in using the email account you have associated with your gamertag





3. click on "my xbox" button next to your gamerpic


4. click on the "manage profile" link


5. click the "add Microsoft Points" link to the right of the screen


6. select "add 500 microsoft points" and confirm button


7. this will bring up a screen with your credit info.


8. select the "edit payment options" link


9. select the "edit payment method information" link





this will let you edit your expiration date
