What is Account Management? What is the definition?
An Account Manager is sales representative that is responsible for a certain amount of accounts. In most positions this would require you to maintain current accounts(clients) and obtain new ones.|||Account Managers are more the of sales side of an agency. They are responsible for handling current accounts and gaining prospective clients. Account Managers act as the liason between the client and the agency.
