What is the difference between a resource management account and an ira?

A Resource Management Account is a fancy name for an account that lets you manage all of your investments and day-to-day banking activities in one place. So if you have diverse investment accounts and are looking for convenience, an RMA should help.

An IRA is an Individual Retirement Account -- a specific investment account. There are 3 main types of IRAs ..... Traditional (contributions are tax deductable), ROTH(contributions are with after-tax funds) and Roll-over(transfer from 401-k, ROTH or Traditional).

Hope this helps,
