I have to do an assignment on HRM and don't really understand the question, would really appreciate some help. Thanks to those who answered my previous question.|||This question can basically be broken down into two parts:
1) DEFINE: Resource Management (i.e., what is it?)
2) EXPLAIN: Why it came to be used as a managerial style in
the 80's
If you limit your answer to these two objectives you might find it much easier to approach than the way it is originally written. Also,your answer will probably sound more clear and concise if you just answer 1)"what" and 2)"why".
