What kind of bank account is required for Property Management?

I am starting a property management dept in my real estate company. I cannot find anywhere where it says details about the checking account. I know that I have to have an escrow account, but can I pay my Property Manager, and homeowners out of the same account?|||This depends on state law where you will be managing the property and whether you hold title to the properties or management them for others.





In some states you can not commingle property money with any other expenses except those directly related to the property. The management fee is taken from the account and paid to the management company. The management company then pays it's payroll and other expenses from the management account NOT the property account.
